Healthier than Most - Over 50 and Fit
I am a regular guy that embraced a healthy lifestyle and want to share my journey, insights, hacks, and other tips with men of all ages. I speak mostly to men over 40 but these tips will work for anyone no matter your age. I wish someone older and more experienced would have told me that I needed to preserve my body and not fall to the peer pressures of being a tough guy and gutting it out regardless of fatigue and injury.
